📋 Description

• Reviews and confirms the precision of journal entries and accounting classifications

• Gathers data for dashboards focusing on process and reconciliation metrics

• Aids in audits by supplying supporting records and documentation

• Ensures the existence of up-to-date process documentation and desktop procedures

• Contributes to quality initiatives and guides the quality verification team

• Engages in first-level tasks and quality assessments

• Performs additional duties as assigned

• Adheres to all policies and standards

• Completes tasks while facilitating the work of others

• May coordinate tasks beyond the immediate work area

• Suggests enhancements to processes and methodologies

• Functions as a team lead, coordinating the efforts of others without formal supervisory responsibilities

• Distributes work to team members as necessary

• Offers subject matter expertise to junior team members

• Operates independently within established protocols

• Provides solutions to issues based on current challenges or procedures

• Communicates information and ideas effectively
