This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Management of accounts payable and receivable routines (multiple clients)
• Scheduling payments through the bank
• Conducting bank reconciliations
• Recording financial transactions in financial management/ERP systems
• Issuing, verifying, and managing invoices
• Engaging with clients to resolve financial discrepancies
• Updating task control and routines in the management system
• Organizing documents and receipts
• Ensuring adherence to processes and deadlines established with clients
• Assisting in the continuous improvement of operational routines
• Must reside in São Paulo – SP
• Availability for occasional in-person meetings
• Active CNPJ or willingness to establish one
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, sense of urgency, and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to manage client demands
• Previous experience in Financial BPO
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Conta Azul / Omie / Bling or similar)
• Experience handling high demand and multiple simultaneous tasks
• Basic understanding of DRE and indicators
