This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Conduct the curation and validation of responses generated by AI agents.

• Identify flaws, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in response quality.

• Create, test, and optimize prompts for various use cases.

• Utilize AI tools (primarily Claude) to develop scripts, automations, and small software components.

• Develop minor functionalities in Python, JavaScript, or another language as needed.

• Document workflows, prompts, and best practices.

• Support the team in the implementation and continuous improvement of AI-based solutions.

• Participate in testing and validating new agents and functionalities.

• Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance the solutions.

• Experience in developing chatbots, virtual assistants, or AI agents.

• Proficiency in using Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar).

• Development of solutions utilizing frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalents.

• Experience with process automation (RPA) and system integration.

• Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

• Participation in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning projects.

• Creation of dashboards and analyses using Power BI or similar tools.

• A portfolio of published projects on GitHub or participation in hackathons and technical challenges.

• Bachelor's degree.

• Genuine interest in Generative Artificial Intelligence.

• Basic knowledge of programming logic.

• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or another programming language.

• Ability to learn new tools quickly.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
