📋 Description

• Management of expense reports and assistance with invoicing

• Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar

• Organizing and planning meetings and events

• Arranging travel and transportation

• Handling orders and supplies

• Tasks related to human resources and office management

• Personal tasks (research, bookings, etc.)


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a freelancer or employee (in a role such as executive assistant or similar)

• Strong writing skills and excellent interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in tech tools (Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, etc.)

• Enjoy challenges and problem-solving

• Energetic and proactive

• Excellent organizational skills

• Proficiency in French and English (both written and spoken)
