This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with operations on designated construction projects.
• Engage in the initial setup of projects and procurement processes.
• Monitor job quantities, project advancements, production metrics, concrete materials, equipment, and labor productivity.
• Take part in project sequencing, scheduling, cost reporting, and production evaluations.
• Analyze drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Acquire necessary materials and equipment.
• Generate and manage change order requests.
• Collaborate with the general contractor and project owner.
• Approve invoices and oversee additional work documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality control standards.
• Supervise construction timelines and provide advisories on potential challenges or concerns.
• Communicate safety protocols and ensure timely and accurate completion of safety audits.
• Identify critical challenges and contribute to the development of enhancement procedures.
• Keep an updated inventory log of tools.
• Travel to project locations and work overtime as necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficient in generating timely and accurate reports and delivering presentations.
• Strong listening abilities.
• Skill in identifying, assimilating, and interpreting vital aspects and implications of situations.
• Capability to plan and manage work effectively.
• Ability to inspire and develop team members.
