This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Assist with operations on designated jobs
• Engage in the initial setup and buyout of projects
• Monitor job quantities, concrete materials, equipment, manpower productivity, and overall project advancement
• Take part in daily on-site activities
• Examine invoices and manage extra work tickets
• Contribute to job cost and project cost reporting
• Oversee compliance with project safety and quality-control standards
• Analyze and monitor production metrics
• Keep track of construction schedules and provide advice on possible delays or challenges
• Communicate safety expectations and ensure that safety audits are performed accurately and promptly
• Identify critical challenges and support the development of improvement procedures
• Participate in sequencing and scheduling of projects
• Review drawings, plans, and specifications
• Procure necessary materials and equipment
• Issue and monitor change-order requests
• Coordinate activities with the General Contractor/Owner
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of tools
• Travel and work overtime as necessary
• Capability to assist with operations on assigned construction projects
• Understanding of job cost spread and estimates
• Proficiency in tracking job quantities and project progress
• Ability to monitor concrete materials, equipment, and manpower productivity
• Skill in overseeing construction schedules and identifying potential delays
• Competence in reviewing drawings, plans, and specifications
• Ability to enforce compliance with project safety standards
• Capacity to ensure timely and accurate safety audits
• Proficient in tracking project costs, invoices, extra work tickets, and change orders
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Expertise in creating precise and timely reports and delivering presentations
• Ability to analyze situations, pinpoint critical issues, and understand implications
• Skills in planning, resource management, cost reduction, and quality control
• Ability to coordinate with the General Contractor/Owner
• Proficiency in maintaining an accurate tool log
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as required
