This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Engage in the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program to acquire the necessary skills for a Clinical Engineering Site Manager position.
• Oversee clinical engineering projects and ensure the successful implementation of the TRIMEDX Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP).
• Supervise daily site operations while collaborating with clients.
• Cultivate staff and facilitate communication between hospital leaders and the TRIMEDX Central Office.
• Gain expertise in directing Joint Commission inspections and maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Organize technician staffing and scheduling.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to technicians, along with performance evaluations.
• Administer service contracts, manage resources, labor demands, parts requirements, and inventory.
• Analyze technological and procedural issues while formulating strategies for continuous improvement.
• Conduct Joint Commission inspections, prioritize outstanding work orders, and record performance assurance evaluations.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customers and vendors to create mutually beneficial solutions.
• Track financial performance and operational benchmarks for modalities while exploring new business opportunities.
• Oversee financial outcomes.
• Execute or gain proficiency in scheduled maintenance, electrical safety inspections, operational verification, installation, calibration, troubleshooting, service, and repair of medical equipment.
• Counsel equipment users, ensuring that service documentation is thorough, timely, and precise.
• Conduct Incoming Inspections to uphold an accurate inventory of medical devices.
• Travel in two-week cycles and undertake other assigned responsibilities.
• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or business is required, or equivalent experience.
• Alternatively, an Associate’s degree in an engineering or technological field along with 3 years of clinical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
• Technical certifications such as A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE are advantageous.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to manage both daily and long-term site operations.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and develop team members.
• Competence in performing basic financial analyses and calculating budgets, revenues, and costs.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• High level of learning agility and capacity to quickly acquire new knowledge.
• Ability to analyze data insights and communicate business goals to clients based on asset data.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
