Assistant Project Manager – Landscape Design, CAD

📋 Description

• Assist in project coordination and manage daily operational activities.

• Revise and enhance design plans utilizing AutoCAD.

• Contribute to project documentation, proposals, and technical reports.

• Analyze blueprints, grading plans, drainage layouts, and site drawings.

• Collaborate with internal teams and onsite personnel.

• Aid in the organization of procurement and material-related documents.

• Ensure precise maintenance of project records and updates.

• Facilitate project timelines and follow-ups across various initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Landscape Design, or similar areas.

• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD (2D is essential; 3D is an advantage).

• Capability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.

• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, with a proficiency level of B2+ to C1 in English.

• Previous experience in supporting projects, operations, or design coordination is highly desirable.
