• You will act as the primary point of coordination for clients in the water and wastewater sectors on a daily basis.
• Your role will involve participating in client meetings, workshops, and executive briefings.
• You will assist in the creation of presentations, decision materials, and communications for clients.
• You will aid in converting technical and financial concepts into clear messaging suitable for clients.
• You will establish and nurture relationships within the Texas water and wastewater community, including utilities, authorities, and industry organizations.
• You will support the execution of infrastructure programs with an emphasis on scope, schedule, and risk management, as opposed to design production.
• You will help identify project risks, data gaps, and dependencies that may affect delivery and pricing.
• You will assist in the development of feasibility studies, work plans, and strategies for delivery.
• You will contribute to ensuring alignment across engineering, financial, and procurement workstreams.
• You will help guarantee that projects are defensible, structured, and meet client governance expectations.
• You will assist in pursuit efforts, including the development of proposals, scoping, and providing pricing inputs.
• You will aid in pipeline tracking, client outreach, and identifying new opportunities.
• You will take part in industry events, conferences, and activities that engage clients.
• You will assist in positioning Accenture as a trusted advisor within the Texas water market.
• You will contribute to strengthening relationships with utilities, regional authorities, and funding organizations.
• You will utilize Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) to create structured work plans and tracking tools.
• You will prepare executive-level presentations and decision materials using Microsoft applications.
• You will coordinate both internal and external teams through organized collaboration tools.
• You will maintain well-organized project documentation and communication flows across Microsoft platforms.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is strongly preferred (Texas or the ability to obtain it).
• 3 to 7 years of experience with an engineering consulting firm or an organization focused on infrastructure.
• Experience in supporting public-sector or utility (water/wastewater) projects.
• Proven ability in client-facing coordination and communication, project delivery support (scope, schedule, risk—not design production), and collaborating across multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
