📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of all logistics, transportation, and product operations initiatives in-store through efficient communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and shape transportation strategies to guarantee seamless execution by ensuring effective communication, attention to detail, and timely delivery to stores.

• Work closely with the transportation team to relay all delivery schedules and collaborate on any change requests or escalations from stores.

• Organize and oversee any special merchandise handling initiatives, including re-ticketing, product inspections, pull-backs, and approved transfers, ensuring stores receive the necessary guidance and labor resources for flawless execution.

• Suggest change management strategies to successfully implement initiatives.

• Manage all store communications related to logistics, transportation, and special handling projects.

• Partner with Field and HQ teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements.

• Evaluate and recommend solutions within the brand store environment.

• Conduct competitor analysis to facilitate best-in-class processes.
