This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Senior-level Project Manager responsible for executing intricate projects across the enterprise at any designated location.
• Acts as a Leader, Trainer, and Mentor for project management delivery tools and methodologies.
• Develops and implements tools and systems to manage and execute complex projects and programs from initiation through to closure, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Provides support and/or oversees COE projects.
• Innovates or enhances existing software programs to back corporate initiatives, investment strategies, capital efficiency, cost accuracy, and project transparency while minimizing workload.
• Creates processes and workflows that promote project management, offer insights to decision-makers, and reduce human error risks.
• Advances and oversees the cost and forecast reporting processes, workflows, and tools.
• Streamlines cost, forecast, and budget processes to enhance automation, robustness, and insightfulness.
• Collects, governs, analyzes, forecasts, and reports portfolio budgets ranging from $170M to $300M, including trend analysis, risk assessments, and comparisons of committed versus actual expenditures, as well as identifying under and overrun potential.
• Leads initiatives to leverage advanced portfolio tools such as Power BI and SAP add-ons.
• Owns the project prioritization process, conducts list reviews and project addition meetings, generating portfolio-level reports and insights.
• Identifies potential portfolio risks and implements strategies for mitigation.
• Reviews Project Charters and AFE documents to ensure compliance with majority levels and that all costs and risks are validated.
• Serves as the primary liaison among project teams, executive leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Provides regular updates to senior leadership about portfolio progress, challenges, and financial performance.
• Reviews and offers guidance on project deliverables for gate review documents, challenging Total Installed Cost and the overall business exposure.
• Drives the development of best practices and innovative solutions that enhance operational performance and reduce costs.
• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline from an ABET Accredited institution; candidates with other technical degrees will be considered if they possess relevant process and project experience.
• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing processes and/or project-focused roles.
• 12+ years of experience managing Capex projects within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies across multiple projects valued at $5M or more.
• Ability to communicate effectively and interact with various organizational levels, representing the company professionally with external vendors and engineering partners.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Project, SAP, and comparable project management applications.
• Skilled in developing reports and utilizing emerging software such as Power BI and AI tools.
• Proficient in technical writing and creating presentations.
• Experienced in budget creation, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
