Assistant Manager, Fund Administration – Core IS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Recruit, train, and guide a team of investor service generalists across a wide range of Treasury and Services functions, including distribution/redemption payments, contribution reconciliation, LP onboarding, compliance (KYC/AML), investor reporting, investor communications, K-1 delivery, and more.

• Manage escalations and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Assess the team's staffing and project board(s) to ensure that requests are addressed promptly and accurately.

• Evaluate team deliverables for precision.

• Spot and highlight areas for improvement in our processes and procedures.

• Develop systems and processes to ensure the tracking of crucial team and customer data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in investor services.

• More than 1 year of experience in people management.

• Proficient in standard service activities, including treasury, LP onboarding, compliance (KYC/AML), investor reporting, investor communications, K-1 delivery, and other related tasks.

• Detail-oriented with robust project management skills.

• Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.

• Experience in training and mentoring junior team members.

• Highly adaptable and flexible to change; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to details.

• Self-motivated with the ability to identify issues and take charge of finding and implementing effective solutions.
