This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Assist in grading and managing courses for Universal Learner Courses delivered remotely.

• Provide detailed feedback and evaluate learner assignments, in-class activities, and assessments.

• Oversee assignments and offer grading assistance to learners.

• Aid learners in overcoming challenges associated with the Universal Learner Course.

• Address learner issues through course Discussion boards.

• Monitor and actively participate in Discussion board activities.

• Conduct live sessions with learners as directed by faculty.

• Engage in initial training and calibration sessions.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Learning Enterprise team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's degree along with one (1) year of relevant experience in the respective field; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or training.

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.

• Required to complete mandatory fingerprinting during the hiring process.

• Proficient in English language.

• Must have completed ENG 101, ENG 102, ENG 105, or their equivalents.

• Strong understanding of pertinent course concepts.

• Capable of delivering meaningful feedback and grading assignments promptly.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or area of expertise is preferred.

• Previous teaching experience is advantageous, particularly with high-school students.

• Background as a tutor and/or experience with student success initiatives.

• Familiarity with Canvas or a similar Learning Management System.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Knowledge and/or coursework in a related discipline.

• Dedicated to providing continuous support to students.
