This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Commitment to being a vital member of a high-performing team, delivering outstanding legal services, and supporting the growth and development of Archimedes.

• Provide legal analysis and advice to Archimedes on matters pertaining to contracts, statutes and regulations, products, employment law, intellectual property, financial offerings, financial structuring, real estate transactions, and strategic planning.

• Collaborate with Lumicera and Navitus teams to ensure adherence to applicable laws, ethical business practices, and the mission and values of Navitus.

• Ensure the Archimedes Legal Team operates effectively and efficiently in fulfilling organizational needs.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts on behalf of Archimedes; maintain and proactively revise contract templates in line with evolving business needs and legal requirements; write and manage complex vendor, client, and employment contracts.

• Oversee processes related to licensing and regulatory compliance for Archimedes.

• Contribute to the formation of new initiatives at Archimedes from a legal standpoint and offer guidance on legal issues that influence the organization’s overall direction and impact, particularly regarding contracts and IT systems.

• Update, review, and approve policies and procedures associated with Archimedes' legal requirements.

• Conduct research and analysis of statutes, judicial decisions, legal articles, contracts, and legal codes as necessary.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of relevant state, federal, and local laws and regulations, as well as pertinent policies and procedures, to ensure actions align with Archimedes’ mission and values, as well as organizational and professional ethical standards.

• Other duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctorate, LLM, or an equivalent degree from an ABA accredited law school is required.

• A degree in Business or Pharmacy is preferred.

• A license to practice law in at least one US state is required.

• A license to practice law in Wisconsin is preferred.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the legal field is required.

• Proficiency with software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

• Engage in, adhere to, and support compliance program goals.

• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.
