This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Deliver exceptional, customized coaching to clients on behalf of our coaches, functioning as a seamless extension of their brand identity.
• Implement comprehensive coaching tasks, including the distribution of coaching templates and adherence to specific protocols.
• Oversee client inboxes on a daily basis to provide encouragement and address inquiries within established service parameters.
• Uphold a credible and authentic coaching presence in all interactions with clients.
• Ensure smooth integration with coaching workflows by aligning with their specific working hours, weekly schedules, and coaching philosophies.
• Maintain the capacity to manage multiple coaches and diverse brand identities simultaneously, ensuring no overlap in coaching styles or protocols.
• Comply with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response times and proactive outreach to clients.
• Administer the commercial lifecycle of clients, which includes managing renewals and cancellations.
• Recognize upsell opportunities and effectively manage them from start to finish.
• Act as the initial point of support for clients navigating the app, ensuring a seamless digital onboarding experience. Escalate issues to the Support team as needed.
• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must reside in Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah.
• A strong passion for health and fitness, with an innate ability to transform complex goals into actionable, motivating steps.
• Possess an "athlete’s heart" and a "teacher’s mind": driven to help others succeed while able to explain the reasoning behind actions.
• Proficient in English, with the capacity to communicate empathetically and clearly across various platforms.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ): adept at reading between the lines to grasp a client's challenges and provide timely support.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities: you seek to enhance the client experience daily and do not wait for issues to arise.
• Strong organizational skills: capable of managing multiple client profiles and schedules while maintaining a personal touch.
