Assistance Community Care Advocate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls from individuals in need of assistance and support

• Engage with empathy and assess community resources that align with the needs of callers

• Offer referrals for housing, food assistance, healthcare, utility aid, childcare, job resources, and other services

• Record interactions and ensure accurate documentation

• Complete two weeks of onsite training in Downtown Detroit prior to moving to fully remote work

• Work the shift from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM following training

• Capacity to multitask effectively
