Asset Protection Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Accountable for safeguarding company assets against safety hazards, losses, and shrinkage.

• Foster an environment of integrity and safety within the store.

• Assist management in resolving conflicts and preventing dishonest behavior.

• Provide guidance in Asset Protection for the designated team.

• Supervise third-party security programs and investigations.

• Execute safety and operational evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Loss Prevention/Asset Protection or in a physical security and safety setting.

• Background in customer service and/or direct interaction with customers.

• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is advantageous.

• Strong communication skills and the capability to deliver regular and clear updates.

• Familiarity with investigative procedures.

• Proficient in the use and understanding of CCTV systems.

• Experience with safety protocols in retail environments.

• Wicklander & Zulawski certification is a plus or a willingness to undergo training.

• Experience in exception-based reporting is beneficial or a readiness to learn.
