ASO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate new client applications, identify opportunities, and develop ASO strategies utilizing niche analysis, competitor insights, and internal experimental data.

• Create and manage keyword sets for both App Store and Google Play tailored to client localizations and markets.

• Craft and refine titles, subtitles, keyword fields, and descriptions suited to regional search trends.

• Provide briefs to the in-house Design Studio regarding icons, screenshots, and app preview videos.

• Design and assess A/B tests for Product Page Optimization, Google Play experiments, and SplitMetrics Optimize.

• Conduct monthly client calls and presentations to discuss performance variations.

• Oversee daily client communications via Slack.

• Take ownership of clients' organic growth from start to finish, covering semantic core, metadata, creative concepts, and testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in ASO for live applications across diverse domains.

• Practical knowledge of App Store Connect and Google Play Console.

• Experience in delivering metadata, setting up Custom Product Pages and In-App Events, as well as interpreting Store Listing reports.

• Proficient in conducting keyword research at scale across multiple markets.

• A/B testing experience on at least one app store.

• Regular use of ASO tools such as App Radar, AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Asodesk, MobileAction, or similar platforms.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Comfortable working with numbers, forecasting, KPI tracking, and clearly explaining fluctuations in installs.
