This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service for Claro Perú

• Offer information and resolve inquiries, questions, and/or complaints from PostPago service clients

• Present additional benefits to customers

• Work part-time from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm, with shifts from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm or 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

• Available to work from Monday to Sunday with rotating days off

• Complete 12 days of paid remote training, Monday to Saturday from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education (mandatory)

• Must have remote work tools: wired internet, PC, and headset

• Experience is not required

• Ability to communicate clearly

• Positive attitude and strong commitment
