Asistente de Comunicaciones Internas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Drafting internal communications: You will assist in the development, review, and editing of content for various internal channels (mass emails, newsletters, leadership communications, culture messages, among others), ensuring clarity, appropriate tone, and alignment with the company’s identity.

• Designing communication materials: You will support the creation and adaptation of graphic materials for internal channels (banners, infographics, presentations, etc.), ensuring visual consistency with the organization’s branding guidelines.

• Team operations: You will aid in the operational coordination of the internal communications team, including monitoring tasks, managing publication schedules, organizing files and content databases, and collaborating with internal departments.

• Measurement support: You will assist in tracking indicators of the effectiveness of internal communications (email open rates, publication reach, etc.) to generate insights and improvement proposals.

• Research and benchmarking: You will help review best practices in internal communication from other industries and competitors to enhance the team's actions.

• Results consolidation: You will support the preparation of reports and management summaries that inform the leadership team's decision-making.

• Internal relations: You will maintain smooth and effective communication with internal clients and suppliers in the area.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are a recent graduate or technologist in Social Communication and Journalism, Organizational Communication, Marketing and Advertising, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or related fields.

• You have 6 months of experience in the area of Internal Communications.

• Knowledge of Canva is required; familiarity with Illustrator and Google Workspace is desirable.

• You possess skills and judgment in design, writing, and excellent spelling.
