This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Ensure the overall excellence of our designs, playing a key role in the exciting launches of wireless portable hardware.
• Maintain a strong emphasis on ARM intellectual properties (CPUs — Cortex‑A v9 architecture, GPUs — Mali, Debug — CSS600, CoreSight, etc.), where your expertise will facilitate architectural/design reviews and expedite the verification process of these components.
• Act as an individual contributor, taking ownership of the verification process for our core IP blocks.
• Assume responsibility throughout the complete project lifecycle, including specification reviews, verification planning, development of test cases, UVM environments, coverage analysis, debugging, GLS, and more.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to collect pertinent information and share design insights to enhance requirements and specifications, while also providing essential support during their debugging efforts.
• Work together with the global verification team to refine processes and spearhead initiatives that elevate design quality and fortify verification methodologies, aiming to build a top-tier verification team.
• Demonstrated (5+ years) hands-on experience with cutting-edge verification methodologies and processes, such as UVM/SystemVerilog, formal verification, constraint-random verification, assertions, coverage metrics, coverage analysis, gate-level simulation, and key performance indicators testing.
• A robust understanding of ARM-related intellectual properties is essential: CPU (Cortex‑A v9 architecture), GPU (Mali), Debug (CSS600, CoreSight), etc.
• Practical experience in designing and implementing C-based test cases to configure and test ARM IPs, along with the capability to reuse manufacturer-supplied test benches.
