This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist and accompany users through the various contact channels established by the company.

• Conduct commercial management of our clients' products or services.

• Provide a friendly, respectful, and close attention in every interaction.

• Meet the service levels and indicators set for the customer service channels.

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
