This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer calls from Claro to prevent the cancellation of their mobile service.

• Work during PM shifts, Monday to Sunday with a rotating day off.

• Participate in remote training from 9 AM to 5 PM.

• Work from home using the necessary tools and equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a call center environment.

• Strong communication skills and commercial acumen.

• Availability for remote training from 9 AM to 5 PM.

• Must have a computer with at least Core i3 10th generation, 8GB RAM, and Windows 10-11.

• Must have internet speed of at least 40 Mbps.

• Must have a USB headset.

• Minimum education requirement: Junior High School.

• Professional experience valued: less than 1 year.
