This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Proactively reach out to Claro clients whose contracts, promotions, or benefits are nearing expiration.

• Successfully achieve the renewal of their services.

• Provide commercial alternatives and benefits that ensure their continued loyalty to the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in any sales campaign within a call center (portability, renewal, home services, etc.).

• Background in back office operations, selling intangibles, insurance, etc.

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Completed secondary education.

• Must have personal equipment (laptop or PC) to work from home (connection of 40 Mbps, wired connection, Intel Core i5 4th generation processor or equivalent/superior, 8GB RAM, 40 GB available storage, Windows 10 or 11, Microsoft Office, USB headphones with microphone).
