Asesor de Servicio, Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance and support to users through the various contact channels established by the company.

• Conduct commercial management of products or services for our clients.

• Offer close, friendly, and respectful service in every interaction.

• Meet the service levels and performance indicators set for the customer service channels.

• Must have at least a certified high school diploma.

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required (if you lack experience, we will provide training!).
