This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Provide assistance and guidance to mobile segment users through digital and phone channels.
• Manage inquiries promptly.

• Six months of experience in Customer Service, cross-selling, preferably in a contact center environment.
• Salary: $1,750,905 + telework allowance + $249,095 + variable $101,052 + all legal benefits.
• Contract type: Project-based.
• Schedule: Sunday to Sunday with one compensatory day off each week, rotating shifts.
• Work modality: Supplemental telework.
• Training: 20 days with a daily assistance fee of $19,000 for attended days.
