This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• You will serve as the voice of our brand, addressing inquiries regarding orders, delivery statuses, and warranties.
• You will provide premium multichannel support (voice, chat, and email).
• You will ensure an exceptional user experience in every interaction.
• Completed secondary education (mandatory) or higher studies.
• A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (in-person or call center), with verifiable experience on your CV.
• Assertive communication skills.
• Impeccable writing abilities.
• Excellent spelling.
• Ability to work within the established time frame.
• A private and suitable space for remote work is required.
