Asesor de Call Center, ATC – Crosselling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and solutions regarding inquiries, issues, or complaints from current or potential Entel users (both Prepaid and Postpaid).

• At the conclusion of the service, the suggested sale must be addressed and finalized.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education.

• Availability to work 100% remotely.

• Must have tools for remote management: Intel Core i3 processor (6th generation or newer), Ryzen 3 or newer, or AMD 8 or newer; wired internet connection of 50 mbps; 8 GB RAM; solid-state drive (SSD); headsets and webcam.

• Experience in sales, either through call centers or in-person.
