Artificial Intelligence Governance Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess AI solution architectures, models, and agents

• Assist in establishing technical standards and monitoring controls

• Create and enforce observability for AI systems

• Execute technical metrics related to performance, drift, and security

• Facilitate technical validation processes for committees

• Guarantee model traceability and versioning

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline

• Hands-on experience with:

• AI/ML platforms

• APIs, models, and agents

• Coursework in MLOps, Responsible AI, and AI Security

• Preferred certifications:

• Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Certifications in Machine Learning or Data Engineering

• Technical competencies:

• AI, ML, and LLM architecture

• Model and pipeline monitoring

• Knowledge of MLOps and observability

• Security and access control

• Interpersonal abilities:

• Clear communication of technical concepts

• Team collaboration with engineering and data departments

• Skill in translating technical complexities into governance requirements
