• Investigate and develop proof-of-concept AI agents to automate intricate internal engineering workflows, including incident analysis and code review summaries.
• Create and enhance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to facilitate "chat with your data" functionalities for internal technical documentation and runbooks.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to pinpoint operational inefficiencies and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance productivity and performance.
• Evaluate and document the application of emerging AI-assisted coding and monitoring tools to assess their applicability for the wider engineering organization.
• Engage in security-focused engineering, ensuring that automated workflows adhere to stringent data hygiene and secrets management protocols.
• Current Student: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
• Python Proficiency: Strong practical knowledge of Python for automation and data processing tasks.
• AI Fundamentals: A demonstrated interest or hands-on experience in AI/ML, particularly related to Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git workflows is essential.
• RAG Experience: Practical experience in constructing small ML pipelines or experimenting with vector databases (e.g., FAISS) and RAG frameworks.
• Cloud Exposure: Basic experience with AWS or GCP services (e.g., Lambda, S3, or SageMaker).
• Automation Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD principles or infrastructure-as-code (e.g., GitHub Actions, Docker).
