This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take charge of the graphic design and aesthetic representation of the company, including the logo, banners, content, and merchandise, ensuring they effectively reflect our identity and brand.
• Oversee the front-end and visual aspects of the LOCGame website.
• Manage the visual, graphic, and UI design for the LOCG marketplace.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to align with the strategic objectives of Rbl Labs and LOCGame.
• Define the visual style for a collectible card game.
• Lead a team of in-house 2D/3D artists, animators, VFX artists, and UI designers.
• Ensure that all visual assets, including animations and VFX, meet the required quality standards.
• Oversee outsourced art teams to guarantee all assets align with the necessary quality and art style.
• Manage the development of art assets for media and the project's website, ensuring consistency with the project's art style.
• Create assets for a collectible card game, including concept art, character art, card illustrations, and UI design.
• Proficient in graphic design and skilled in using visual assets and art production tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and others.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles for website design.
• Familiarity with NFT marketplaces from a user perspective.
• At least 4 years of experience in Game Art.
• Experience managing an art team that includes 2D/3D artists, animators, VFX artists, and UI designers.
• Expertise in recognizing existing visual styles and the capability to implement them effectively.
• Strong sense of quality and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in creating 2D/3D animations sufficient to establish the production pipeline and ensure quality control for animations and VFX.
• Background in UI creation for games.
• In-depth knowledge of visual asset creation pipelines across various platforms.
• Collaborative experience working with programmers, game designers, and UX specialists to develop design and implementation solutions.
• Previous experience with task management tools such as Jira, Trello, You Track, or their equivalents.
• Familiarity with projects developed using Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Proficient in using Version Control Systems (Git, Mercurial, or others).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• A strong passion for games, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology.
• A portfolio showcasing your skills and contributions to various projects is required.
