Art Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee campaigns, photoshoots, and both online and offline communication materials.

• Guarantee aesthetic consistency, accurate representation of the brand concept, and visual excellence.

• Guide the creative process for campaigns, editorials, content, and activations from inception to execution.

• Manage photoshoots, video productions, and content creation.

• Work collaboratively with marketing, branding, product, and design teams.

• Design and authorize layouts, key visuals, lookbooks, catalogs, and both digital and physical communications.

• Maintain alignment between brand positioning and visual language across all platforms.

• Supervise vendors, photographers, videographers, designers, and stylists throughout the creative and production phases.

• Conduct research on references in fashion, art, architecture, and cultural trends to refine and enhance the brand’s aesthetic.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Design, Advertising, Fashion, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• Prior experience in art direction, ideally within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.

• A robust portfolio showcasing aesthetic expertise, visual sensitivity, and strategic insight.

• Capability to lead multidisciplinary creative initiatives.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• An acute eye for photography, color, composition, and visual storytelling.

• Prior experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence tools in creative projects.

• Understanding of motion design, animation, and dynamic formats tailored for social media.

• Current knowledge of international fashion brands and the ability to adapt those influences within the brand’s context.
