This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Define and design scalable, secure, and high-performance Java architectures for corporate environments.

• Lead the modernization of existing architectures and the technological evolution of legacy systems.

• Design distributed architectures based on microservices and service-oriented principles.

• Define, govern, and document REST APIs, including their management through API Gateway.

• Design and oversee messaging systems based on Kafka.

• Establish technical standards and ensure their proper implementation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee architectural coherence.

• Define DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, including deployment automation.

• Create technical documentation and monitor project progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience as a Java Architect or a senior profile with architectural responsibilities.

• Experience in Java architectures based on standards (Jakarta EE) on modern runtimes.

• Experience in distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.

• Knowledge of containerized environments and deployment automation.

• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.

• Technical leadership, communication skills, and architectural vision.

• Focus on quality, maintainability, and scalability of solutions.

• Experience in legacy system modernization projects.

• Experience in cloud or hybrid environments.

• Work experience in complex corporate organizations with high criticality.
