This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Constructing, guiding, and nurturing a high-performing team of Customer Success leaders throughout the Americas.
• Steering Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), adoption rates, advocacy, renewal preparedness, and the quality of success plans via your management team.
• Ensuring that the Customer Success organization in the Americas is structured to emphasize adoption and value realization.
• Serving as the primary Customer Success partner for Sales leadership in the region.
• Enhancing the leadership pipeline so that Team Leads and Managers can effectively coach teams on the adoption of cyber products.
• Over 8 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Services, Account Management, or similar post-sale leadership positions.
• More than 3 years of experience leading leaders within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS or cybersecurity firm.
• Background in a cybersecurity product or services organization where success hinges on product adoption, use-case activation, and value realization.
• Proven success in collaborating with CISOs, CIOs, security operations managers/directors, IAM leaders, architects, analysts, and executive buyers.
• Established ability to forge strong partnerships with Sales leadership and influence commercial outcomes through adoption strategies, customer engagement, and renewal defense.
• History of building and mentoring teams that consistently achieve targets for GRR, NRR, Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQL), adoption, and advocacy.
