This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• The Area Sales Manager serves as the primary representative of our company to our key customers – the dealers.
• This position aims to enhance the number of funded transactions by collaborating with suitable dealers.
• The role facilitates growth by recognizing, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with dealers within their designated local region.

• Building robust relationships with dealers who comprehend how our program can contribute to their business growth is crucial for success in this role.
• Comprehensive training for new hires is provided to ensure your success in this position.
• Effectively present and convey information about company products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person.
• Identify sales opportunities and engage with assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals arising from calls to Independent and Franchise dealers.
• Cultivate, sustain, and expand partnerships with current and potential dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, either via phone or in person, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs.
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
• A High School diploma or its equivalent is required.
• A college degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors.
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a demonstrated record of success.
• Clear and effective presentation skills are a must.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies are required.
• Results-oriented mindset: achieving objectives aligned with Company goals.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for dealer visits.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory, as driving is a key aspect of this role.
