This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Effectively present and convey information about the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and additional accounts assigned to you;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals arising from phone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with existing and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Ensure consistent and effective communication, either through phone calls or face-to-face interactions, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for swift contract funding.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential;
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is necessary;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a proven success record;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques;
• Robust computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented mindset: achieving objectives in line with Company goals;
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role, as driving is a key responsibility.
