This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to management at all levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person.
• Identify potential sales leads and reach out to these and other assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers.
• Develop, sustain, and enhance relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
• Maintain constant and effective communication with dealer partners regarding current programs, through phone calls or in-person meetings.
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales is essential.
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or at a Car Dealership is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a proven track record of success is necessary.
• Effective presentation skills are a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques is required.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies are important.
• Results-oriented mindset: achieving objectives in alignment with company goals.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers is required.
• A valid driver's license is essential for this position, as driving is a key function.
