This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.
• Effectively present and articulate the company’s products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls directed at Independent and Franchise dealers.
• Cultivate, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer sectors.
• Ensure consistent and effective communication, whether through phone calls or in-person meetings, with dealer partners regarding current programs.
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation required for prompt funding of contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors.
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential.
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a proven history of success.
• Clear and effective presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment scheduling, and sales techniques.
• Strong computer proficiency and adaptability to new technologies.
• Results-driven mindset: achieving objectives in line with Company goals.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers.
