This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Effectively present and convey company products and services to all management levels within both Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, sustain, and expand relationships with existing and potential dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, through phone calls or in-person meetings, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Must possess a working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of the Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is beneficial;
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a challenging sales role with a demonstrated record of success;
• Clear and effective presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques;
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented mindset: achieving objectives in line with company goals;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Being bi-lingual (Spanish) is considered a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visiting Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is required for this role, as driving is a key function.
