This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Accountable for enhancing the productivity of the designated group of sales professionals.

• Develops, coordinates, and delivers the training and development program for new hires.

• Offers mentoring, coaching, and formal facilitation to both new and existing sales team members.

• Collaborates with the field leadership team to train and coach associates for optimal performance.

• Conducts weekly meetings with the team to assess performance and lead discussions on skill enhancement, performance improvement, and prioritized topics as necessary.

• Provides ongoing technical training on services available in the assigned territory as required.

• Facilitates weekly, monthly, and quarterly one-on-one debriefs with the team to foster effective communication, identify training and development needs, and provide insights for enhancing sales activity performance.

• Ensures that the team meets or surpasses all activity standards for Field Sales Colleague performance (e.g., number of inspections per week) as well as other selected KPIs to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Sets a strong example for the team in terms of personal character, commitment, organization, selling skills, and work habits.

• Tracks progress against revenue goals; jointly accountable with Operations for APITDA realization.

• Monitors sales start rates through key relationships with Operational Leadership.

• Acts as a steward of the RentokilTerminix business model to guarantee that company programs and initiatives are executed with excellence at the branch level.

• Oversees, coaches, and develops the team to ensure effective growth and development.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with Rentokil Terminix in the designated field with RTX.

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

• Must maintain licenses/certificates as mandated by federal, state, and/or local regulations.

• Must hold a valid driver's license from the state of residence.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

• Capable of writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to effectively present information and answer questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

• Competent in performing basic business mathematics and analyzing sales data.

• Ability to obtain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, or local agencies.
