• Attain financial targets and manage MBO objectives

• Lead a dynamic team of Field Sales Account Executives

• Enhance team performance through mentorship and strategic support

• Collaborate directly with the team during ride-alongs and customer interactions

• Promote the use of sales tools and enhance forecasting precision

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 9 years of professional experience

• At least 1 year of experience in directly or indirectly leading teams

• Demonstrated capability to mentor and develop seasoned sales professionals

• Strong analytical skills and business insight

• Experience interacting with C-suite clientele

• Excellent performance management and leadership skills

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM software

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
