This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales prospects and engage with these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from telephone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, sustain, and enhance relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer networks;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, through phone calls or in-person meetings, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers in Western Funding, including the necessary documentation required for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory);
• College degree or similar work experience (preferred);
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a proven success record;
• Clear and effective presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies;
• Strong computer proficiency and adaptability to new technologies;
• Results-oriented: achieving objectives in alignment with Company goals;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is required for this role, as driving is an essential function.
