• Effectively present and communicate the company’s products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify sales opportunities and reach out to assigned accounts and prospects;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from telephone outreach to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, sustain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain constant and effective communication, whether by phone or in person, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for prompt funding of contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential;
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is necessary;
• 1-2 years of experience in a challenging sales role with a proven success record;
• Excellent presentation skills that are clear and effective;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies;
• Robust computer skills and adaptability to new technologies;
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives aligned with the company’s goals;
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team;
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role, as driving is a key responsibility.
