This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Deliver and articulate company products and services to all tiers of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;

• Recognize sales opportunities and engage with these and other assigned accounts;

• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone inquiries for Independent and Franchise dealers;

• Cultivate, sustain, and enhance relationships with existing and potential dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;

• Maintain constant and effective communication, whether via phone or in-person, with dealer partners regarding current programs;

• Educate dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for swift contract funding.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory;

• College degree or comparable work experience is preferred;

• Extensive knowledge in Automotive, Finance, and Sales;

• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership;

• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a proven success record;

• Clear and effective presentation skills;

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;

• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales methodologies;

• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technologies;

• Results-driven: accomplishing tasks in alignment with company goals;

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team;

• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers.
