This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactive management and growth of the current customer base within your sales territory (Stuttgart region)
• Focused acquisition of new clients in the on-trade sector
• Support export managers from our Italian partners during strategically significant customer visits
• Close collaboration and joint visit planning with the headquarters
• Execution of modern marketing and sales strategies to enhance customer loyalty
• Monitoring the market and conducting competitor analysis
• Recording and processing orders through our advanced SAP system
• Demonstrated field sales experience, preferably in the sectors of wine, gourmet foods, or premium FMCG
• Strong passion for Italian culinary traditions
• Experience in working with external sales partners (e.g., agencies)
• Self-reliant, organized, and goal-focused working approach
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor when engaging with customers
• Proficiency in English (necessary for collaboration with export managers and international partners)
• Knowledge of the Italian language is a distinct advantage
• Willingness to travel within your designated region
