Area Manager, Digital Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the performance of digital reporters within the designated service area

• Aid in achieving service excellence by establishing standards for the quality of work products

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to facilitate the successful onboarding of new digital reporters

• Offer coaching and performance evaluations to assigned digital reporters

• Manage the licensure and certifications of digital reporters

• Plan, organize, and deliver educational sessions for digital reporters

• Help address quality issues related to the work products of digital reporters

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the legal services industry is preferred

• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite

• Capability to learn the Company’s technology platforms

• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational abilities

• Strong client service orientation and capability

• Demonstrated proactivity and responsiveness

• Must possess strong attention to detail with the ability to plan work efficiently

• Familiarity with adult training principles and methods

• Understanding of court procedures, legal documents, and legal terminology
