This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Yorkshire region, which includes approximately 21 dental practices.

• Foster sustainable business growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient care throughout the area.

• Take responsibility for the financial performance of the region.

• Optimize revenue and EBITDA through effective operational execution, strong leadership, and meticulous cost management.

• Guide Practice Managers and their respective teams.

• Collaborate with Clinical leaders and regionally aligned colleagues to enhance performance across all practices.

• Ensure outstanding patient outcomes and experiences.

• Promote colleague engagement and operational excellence.

• Achieve both financial and strategic goals.

• Monitor EBITDA, revenue, practice-related KPIs, colleague engagement, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Travel frequently to various practices throughout the Yorkshire area.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in multi-site leadership within a customer-focused, commercial setting.

• Strong background in P&L management.

• Capability to analyze and interpret data, utilizing it to make informed decisions and drive outcomes.

• Proven experience in motivating and inspiring remote teams.

• Ability to work collaboratively with business partners while valuing expert advice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Competence in managing high-pressure situations and effectively resolving issues.

• Confidence and presence to lead, influence, and engage stakeholders.

• Flexibility and adaptability in managing shifting priorities.
