
Area Installation Specialist – Exteriors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Support the customer journey throughout the entire installation project lifecycle.
• Execute technical evaluations, assess existing conditions, and validate product specifications.
• Perform Job Site Inspections to assess work quality, conduct service provider credential checks, and engage with customers.
• Ensure that installations comply with industry construction standards while meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries, manage open services, Care Tickets, jobs-on-hold, and issues related to ongoing jobs.
• Oversee changes in scope of work, additional labor needs, material requirements, and requests for changes in scope.
• Collaborate with service providers to troubleshoot issues and either approve or escalate project modifications.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Guarantee proper documentation and prompt resolution of open services within the designated area.
• Utilize reporting and related systems to enhance customer experience and ensure installation accuracy.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment assessment if required.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Experience in the construction or home improvement sector is preferred.
• Previous experience managing residential home improvement installation projects is desirable.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Solid business acumen.
• Effective problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
• Collaborative leadership qualities with an emphasis on building partnerships.
• Capability to perform intermittent physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, climbing, and lifting materials or equipment.
• Ability to work in environments with exposure to dust, fumes, or odors.
• Willingness to travel overnight, less than 10% of the time.
