This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the design and implementation of Arc’teryx’s regional community experience model within the United States.
• Concentrate on the expansion of Academy Light and other localized, impactful formats throughout the country.
• Supervise and lead two high-performing regional teams (US West and US East).
• Ensure a uniform, high-quality approach to community experiences while accommodating regional nuances.
• Establish national direction, promote expansion strategies, and guarantee measurable outcomes across all initiatives.
• Create marketing briefs to facilitate entry into new markets.
• Collaborate with Retail Area Directors and Real Estate teams.
• Develop a scalable playbook to effectively launch and enhance community presence in new regions.
• Guide Area Community teams in executing localized activations.
• Ensure seamless integration with new store openings.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Planning and Budget planning for U.S. Community needs.
• Manage U.S. community budgets in partnership with leaders from US West and US East Areas.
• Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in a relevant field.
• Over 10 years of experience in experiential marketing, community programming, or brand marketing.
• Proven track record of leading multi-market programs and teams.
• Experience in market expansion, go-to-market strategy, or retail/community integration.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence without direct control.
• Adaptable in your approach to meet the evolving needs of our business.
• Strong organizational skills and efficiency to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with retail, wholesale, and brand teams.
• Experienced leader with the ability to manage and motivate distributed teams.
• Capable of both strategic and operational thinking, transitioning between vision-setting and execution.
• Proficient in budget management, KPI tracking, and ROI analysis.
• Familiarity with the U.S. outdoor and community landscape.
