Area Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Work closely with Managing Partners to achieve or surpass budgeted EBITDAR.

• Identify opportunities for growth while ensuring adherence to operational procedures.

• Employ selection tools to maintain ideal staffing levels.

• Proactively address Employee Relations (ER) requirements.

• Establish weekly and periodic goals, acknowledging and rewarding team accomplishments.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.

• Mentor and train Managing Partners, Co-Managers, and Shift Supervisors.

• Share Best Demonstrated Practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or a College/University Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year, ideally 3-5 years, of successful multi-unit operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant sector.

• Demonstrated ability to select, coach, and develop managerial staff.

• A valid driver’s license is required.
